  • Coordination

    This package includes a complimentary consultation, supplier liaison, a venue visit, logistics support, custom floor plans, and a bespoke timeline. On the day, we’ll provide up to 10 hours of full coordination — including setup and managing suppliers through to your first dance — so you can relax and enjoy every moment. Travel outside the local area may incur additional fees.

  • Part Planning

    This service includes a complimentary consultation, review of your plans, supplier recommendations and liaison, design support, venue visit, and budget guidance. You’ll receive detailed plans, floor plans, and a seamless timeline, plus planning meetings to keep everything on track. On the day, we’ll coordinate suppliers, oversee styling and logistics, and manage everything through to your first dance (up to 12 hours), with our emergency kit on hand for peace of mind.

  • Full Planning

    From initial consultation to your first dance, this service covers expert planning, trusted supplier coordination, design and budget support, detailed timelines and floor plans, plus full on-the-day management (up to 12 hours) — ensuring a seamless, stress-free celebration.

we are

We’re Ruby and Shan — best friends, creatives, and your go-to team for turning visions into unforgettable celebrations.

We met at university and over the years, through our roles as bridesmaids and maids of honour, we realised we were naturally good at bringing people together and making events run smoothly — and we loved every minute of it.

With Ruby’s experience in project management for 4 years, and Shan’s as a wedding videographer for 5 years, we combine organisation and industry knowledge to make every celebration seamless, beautiful, and truly memorable.
